Q1: Can I preorder NOVOFLEX aluminum mats?

A: Yes, we offer preorder services. Preordered items will be prioritized for production and shipment to ensure you receive your product as soon as possible.

Q2: Do I need to pay a deposit for preorders?

A: Yes, a deposit of 50% of the total order value is required for preorders. The remaining balance must be paid before shipping.

Q3: Can I cancel my preorder?

A: You can cancel your preorder within 24 hours of confirmation. Beyond this period, cancellation fee may apply.

Q4: What should I do if my order is damaged during shipping?

A: Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and provide photos of the damage. We will arrange for a placement or refund. 

Q5: Who is responsible for return shipping fees?

A: For returns due to quality issues or shipping errors, we will cover the return shipping fees. For other reasons, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost.

Q6: How can I track my order?

A: Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email so you can monitor its status.
